The IJCAI Organization is pleased to announce that registration for IJCAI-16 is now open!

EARLY REGISTRATION CUTOFF: May 31, 2016 (UTC-12)

Please read the following information carefully along with the Conference Fees menu item in the registration system.

1) Deadlines:
Early registration: May 9 – May 31, 2016 (UTC-12)
Late registration: June 1 - June 21, 2016 (UTC-12)
Onsite registration: June 22 - July 15, 2016 (UTC-12) *
*Only credit card payments can be processed during the onsite registration period!

2) General Information
* Full delegate registration fee includes one opening reception ticket, one banquet ticket and free tutorials.
* Full student registration fee includes one opening reception ticket, one student reception ticket and free tutorials.
* At least one author of each paper must register and present the paper at the conference.
* Students will be required to upload proof of their student status at time of registration. Proof of status will be verified by IJCAI. Only after the status verification is completed, the student registration will be final!
Student ID's without clear dates of validity, webpage screenshots and unofficial records will NOT be accepted as proof!

Acceptable proof of student status MUST be clearly readable in English language, contain the name of the candidate and the dates of validity. Proof containing a verification code must not fail verification.

Please have a PDF scan of your proof of student status ready to upload.

Cancellation and Changes
All cancellations must be sent to registration@ijcai.org via e-mail. Any change of name will be dealt with as a cancellation and a new registration. In case of cancellations until June 21, 2016, payments will be refunded less U$ 100 processing fee. No refund will be made for cancellations received after June 21, 2016 or to the registrants who fail to attend.

In case of conference cancellation for reasons beyond the control of IJCAI-16 organizers or AAAI, the liability of the IJCAI-16 organizers and AAAI is limited to the fees already paid by the registrants. IJCAI-16 organizers and AAAI will not be responsible for any personal inconvenience that may arise.

General Disclaimer for Hotels and other service providers:
In offering the New York Hilton Midtown Hotel, New York Area Airports, New York City and Airport public transportation system, Conferenceshare and all other service providers (hereinafter referred to as “Supplier(s)”) for the IJCAI-16, the IJCAI-16 organizers and AAAI act only in the capacity of agent for the Suppliers and have no control over personnel, equipment or operations or providers of accommodations or other services included as part of the IJCAI-16 program.
